Hi, I'm Kirsten, and I cannot wait to empower you!
As a businesswoman, entrepreneur, speaker, podcast host, mentor, educator, and intuitive, I am wholeheartedly committed to embracing my purpose, living passionately, and fully embodying the privileges that accompany my chosen path.
One of my primary missions is to empower others to do the same.

Throughout my personal journey, I have traversed years of trial and error, engaged in extensive research, pursued academic studies, and gained experience in various fields. At the heart of it all, I have relentlessly grappled with finding confidence in embodying my authenticity and to walk paths I knew I had to create for myself.

This quest has ignited an unwavering passion within me to find tap into my personal power, live in alignment with my purpose, and embrace the challenges and rewards that come with it.

Presently, my focus is devoted to assisting those who are ready to embark on a similar path of self-exploration. I am here to support women who are prepared to embrace their authenticity, uncover their true personal power, and live purposefully and passionately, while also acknowledging the privileges that accompany this journey. We begin by knowing, naming and claiming our current identity. We deep dive into who we are at this point with honesty. We then start to generate the next version of ourselves through the lens of our dreams, ideals, and aspirations. Superimposing both versions, our self-awareness illuminates truths and uncovers our potential.
Each time we stop to dive deep into our values we cultivate authenticity. Authenticity is critical. When we show up as our authentic selves, we can flourish. This can only ever happen when we are in alignment with our values.
Here you will be cultivating your values and understanding what they mean to and for you.
Our worthiness sets the tone for our ability to become the versions of ourselves needed to reach our next level of potential. Here we will look at any blocks we may hold around being worthy of all we desire to be and create, to cultivate an internal atmosphere of receiving and deservingness.
In a world that has groomed us to operate from our masculine energy, we use this time to expand into the power and wisdom that our femininity holds. We look at the ways in which we presently embody our feminine energy and then identify where we can begin to explore our edges and embrace our innate feminine potency.
Intention is everything. When our intention is aligned with authenticity - we thrive. When it is aligned with lack or fear - we falter.
Here we will look deeply into the intentions we hold for ourselves and our desired next steps, goals and visions and ensure the intentions behind them allow us to expand with ease and alignment.
Our purpose is so intrinclately interwined with who we are that we can not have one without the other. When following your purpose you are cultivating the ability to commit fully to your passion an inner drive.

Communication is key. The ability to explain who we are and what it is we are gifting to the world is a key strategy in ensuring the right people and places align with us.
Here we will work on our 'elevator pitch' to become clear and concise in communicating our gifts, offerings and desires.
Confidence is not earned, it is cultivated.
To cultivate it we must allow ourselves the space and grace to feel into the edges of our potential and step outside of comfort zones.
Here we ill look at where our confidence is carrying us and the spaces we are attempting to carry it. Then we will strategise ways to cultivate the confidence we are needing as we continue to embody our authentic purpose.
Knowing your worth is the embodiment of the privilege it is to be you. It is always up tp us to be able to communicate our worth with clarity and confidence; by first establishing our own relationship with if. Here we learn to do just that so when required, we can exchange our time and expertise for our worth that we determine.
Without clear boundaries we are unable to set the permitters of our energy, time and money resources. To ensure we do not leak any of our precious resources, we must establish clear boundaries. Here we learn that boundaries are not a guide or others but a mandate for ourselves and cultivate the confidence to set them with clarity.
We are the product of the top five people we spend the most time with. Cultivating our tribe will be the precursor to our success. An honest audit of our current tribe and a clear vision of who we desire to align with will be established to ensure we remain inspired, accountable and and elevated in all areas of our life.
Everything we learn and experience is not just for us to expand within and enjoy. The privilege of growing and shifting our realities is that we are in a position to help others do the same. To end your journey with THE CALL, you will be challenged to consider how you will pay it forward and be the next wave of women who will help elevate the capacity and expand the potential of others.

In this impactful 12-week program we will spend each week unpack and up skilling each section listed above.
Your commitment will include the following:
The Call Hub
​
You will receive access to The Call Hub where all resources for each weekly module will be stored. You will have access to The Call Hub one week prior to the programs starts date and for one week after completion.
Weekly Live Mentoring Meeting
A weekly 45 min group mentoring call to unpack the weekly module where you can also ask questions an connect with other group members. All Mentoring Meetings will be recorded and uploaded to the The Call Hub for future reference and in case you are unable to make the Mentoring Meeting in real time.
The Call Connection
You will be added to a private group space on Facebook to support each other, ask questions, connect and share ideas for the duration of the programme.
