Founded by Kirsten Leo, WORK WELL is an initiative that strives to approach workplace wellness from a carefully curated and holistic perspective. As a founder and CEO with a background in educational leadership, Kirsten’s passion is working with women-founded businesses led by individuals brave enough to chase their dreams while also creating environments where everyone can thrive. Her team of carefully selected practitioners and experts in their field all have one common goal: empowerment through holistic wellness.

Values Mentoring

Values mentoring is a dynamic process that guides individuals to understand, embrace, and live by their core values. Through this process, Kirsten will provide support, encouragement, and insights to help mentees clarify their personal values, align them with their goals and actions, and navigate challenges that align with these values. The focus is on self-awareness, integrity, and authenticity, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfilment in both personal and professional spheres. Values mentoring encourages individuals and groups to make decisions congruent with their beliefs, leading to greater resilience, a clear and transparent hiring blueprint, motivation, and ethical leadership. 

The process begins with the founder of the business to work

through identifying their personal values and those of the business. The second phase is to then consult with the team to dig deep into identifying the team members' individual values, identifying the commonality and the links back to the business. The process culminates with a feedback session, where the founder unpacks and compares the findings from sessions one and two and is mentored through the way forward with this information uncovered to ensure the business and the team are not only on the same cohesive page but the alignment is felt in the way the business operates and generates its income through the key stakeholders and clients.

Session 1

2 - 3 hrs

for the founder/CEO

This session lays the foundation of the Values process by identifying key personal and business values. Clarifying these values will allow for cohesiveness within the organisation as it is led from a clear and direction-orientated platform. This Session Includes:

  • identifying personal and business values

  • exploring the significance of these values  and their impact on decision-making

  • formulating mission style statements, coaching for each value, and articulating them in a clear, actionable and inspiring way

  • values application to real-life scenarios, exploring how to communicate these values to stakeholders and how they can drive marketing and client relationships to increase client retention and attraction.

Session 2

2 HRS (approx. team size dependent)

for the team

The intention of this session is two-fold: to foster team cohesion and individual alignment with the business's values. By creating a safe and supportive environment for team members to understand their own values and those of the business, they can align their personal goals with the company's mission, fostering increased productivity and engagement through a sense of purpose and shared vision.

This Session Includes:

  • identifying team members' individual key values

  • value pooling as a team to identify common values

  • establishing value links to the company values, descriptions and team agreements

Session 3

1 - 2 hrs

for the founder/CEO

In the final session, the founder/CEO receives feedback on the team's values identification process and is guided to develop strategies for leading effectively and empowering staff to make decisions aligned with the business values. This session focuses on integrating personal and organisational values into everyday operations, ensuring that leadership practices and decision-making frameworks reflect the shared values, thereby fostering a cohesive and motivated workforce committed to the company's mission. This Session Includes:

  • feedback from the team session

  • recommendations 

  • values mission statements mentoring for current and future team members

Energy Healing

Enhance your corporate wellness program with our Energy Healing/Reiki services tailored for your office environment. Kirsten, a Reiki master and experienced energy healer, offers a holistic approach to employee well-being, providing benefits for individuals that extend to your business's success. Staff can use on-site sessions to reap the benefits of this noninvasive ancient healing practice.

Energy Healing/Reiki helps reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue among employees, enhancing their focus and productivity in the workplace.

Individual Energy Healing Sessions

In-house or remote energy healing sessions for your staff are available at any required individual session length (for workplace settings, we suggest providing a quiet place for the session, each lasting between 15 and 30 minutes.)

Her gift of holding space for people and making them feel comfortable as she guides a cacao ceremony is truly magical.

Incorporating a cacao ceremony into your well-being offerings can build a sense of unity and connection among team members, promoting collaboration and synergy in the workplace. The calming effects of cacao can reduce stress levels and enhance mental clarity, leading to improved focus and productivity. The mindfulness practices integrated into the ceremony also encourage presence and emotional well-being, equipping your employees with valuable skills for managing challenges effectively.

In-house or remote cacao ceremonies for your staff can be tailored to suit your individual needs. Ceremonies typically run for 1 hour.

Integrating yoga into the workplace offers significant benefits for employees. It fosters a sense of well-being, reduces stress, and enhances overall productivity. By prioritising your teams' mental and physical health, you can create thriving, more engaged, and resilient employees.

We offer a range of yoga styles facilitated by carefully selected yoga teachers. Styles include:

Yin: slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for extended periods to deeply stretch connective tissues and promote relaxation and flexibility.

Flow: a dynamic practice combining breath-synchronised movements with postures to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Chair: a gentle form of yoga practised while seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for individuals with limited mobility or balance issues.

Yoga Class


In-house or remote Yoga sessions are tailored to your needs, including duration and style. All space and equipment will need to be provided for yoga sessions, which can be booked as one-offs or 8-week packages.

Moon Circles

A moon circle is a gathering, typically held in alignment with the lunar phases, where participants come together to reflect, set intentions, and engage in activities that promote personal and collective well-being. In a business setting, a moon circle can serve as a unique wellness initiative, providing employees with a space to connect, meditate, and reflect on goals or challenges in a supportive environment. This practice can enhance emotional resilience, foster a sense of community, and encourage a balanced, mindful approach to work and life, ultimately benefiting both the individual and the business.

Led by Kirsten either on-site or remotely, each Moon Circle will include:

~ an insight into the moon and its energetic gifts

~ a guided meditation/reflection on the current themes

~ either guided intention setting (New Moon) or release (Full Moon)

~ Moon Circle Closing

Full Moon Circle

A Full Moon is traditionally a time of release. This circle is wonderful for in-depth reflection on what may be holding us back individually or collectively and for releasing it ceremoniously. 

New Moon Circle

A New Moon is traditionally a time for intention setting. This circle is powerful for fostering fresh starts and increasing motivation in an empowering and supportive way.

about Kirsten

Hi, I'm Kirsten, and I cannot wait to help you work well!

Kirsten (MRe, MEChEd, B. Education) has a 20-year teaching career (with 15 of those in educational leadership) under her belt and a successful educational consultancy business, Key to Kindy, est. in 2007. Her training in wellness practices began in 2009, immersing in holistic wellness and becoming a Reiki Master and meditation teacher.

In 2019, she left full-time employment in education and continued her entrepreneurial journey by expanding full-time into her business, The Light Path Collective, and launching The Light Path Podcast with Kirsten Leo.

Since then, she has launched The Ritual Emporium as well as
